Hospital/Nursing Home Negligence:
You trust the care of yourself and your loved ones to hospitals and nursing homes. Many times, you have no alternative. Unfortunately, studies publicized by The National Center on Elder Abuse show there is reason to be concerned that ones parents and grandparents may be receiving poor care:
“According to the best available estimates, between 1 and 2 million Americans age 65 or older have been injured, exploited, or otherwise mistreated by someone on whom they depended for care or protection.”
