Meet Our Attorneys

Berry Cooper has been practicing law for more than two decades.  He has experience with product liability, pharmaceutical litigation, wrongful death torts, medical negligence, 18-wheeler and auto accidents, and other personal injuries.  The National Board of Trial and the Tennessee Commission on Specialization have recognized Berry as a Certified Civil Trial Specialist.   

Tim Holton has been practicing law in Memphis since 1985.  He has experience with medical and hospital negligence, product liability, pharmaceutical litigation, 18-wheeler and auto accidents,  wrongful death torts, and other personal injuries.  Tim has been recognized as a Certified Civil Trial Specialist, as well as a Medical Malpractice Specialist.

 

Jodi Black is a graduate of Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis, and is also a registered nurse.  Her law practice is focused in medical or hospital negligence, product liability, and accidents involving catastrophic injury or death.  

 

John Holton handles personal injury cases, as well as criminal defense cases in both state and federal courts. He graduated from Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis.
