John Holton
John Holton is a life-long Memphian. He graduated with cum laude distinction from the Cecil C. Humphreys School of Law at the University of Memphis in 2008.
Since that time he has dedicated his practice to representing ordinary people who are faced with extraordinary circumstances. John currently represents clients in catastrophic and fatal accidents and product liability cases, as well as criminal defendants in both state and federal prosecutions.
Whether the client is a family member who has lost a loved one, or a criminal defendant facing a lifetime in prison, John is keenly aware of the needs of his clients and is dedicated to seeing the matter through to a just and fair resolution. He has served as lead counsel in jury trials in both civil and criminal matters.
In his spare time, John enjoys traveling, fishing, and spending time with his family. John is also an avid supporter of Ole Miss athletics.
